Job Description

 We are looking for someone to join our team who can help us acquire and train great tech talent. The ideal candidate is someone with a track record of growing technical teams (software developers, engineers etc) and nurturing those teams to deliver, through continual training.

Typical duties would include but not be limited to:

  • Sourcing and finding candidates qualified for open positions
  • Working with internal teams to assist with recruitment efforts
  • Developing recruitment strategies
  • Managing the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Develop college recruiting programs
  • Developing and managing training programs to ensure all employees are receiving the best training

Requirements are:

  • 5+ years experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with creating training programs
  • Ability to motivate employees
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law
