Salary £27K - 40 hours a weekAs a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a pivotal part in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Working under an experienced Warehouse Supervisor, you'll SalaryKey responsibilities for the Warehouse Operative include,

• Receiving Goods, unloading deliveries, checking for damage or missing items, and signing delivery notes
• Storing Stock, labelling items, moving goods to designated storage areas, and ensuring safe, organised storage
• Picking & Packing, accurately selecting items for orders, packing securely, and preparing goods for dispatch - this may involve heavy lifting and extended periods of standing
• Dispatching Orders, loading goods onto delivery vehicles, ensuring items are secure and ready for timely delivery
• Stock Control, updating records, completing paperwork, and helping with regular stock checks
• Maintaining Cleanliness, keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times

The ideal Warehouse Operative will need the following,

• Some previous warehouse experience
• excellent attention to detail along with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and clear communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
• Physical capability to move goods safely
• Basic IT skills for stock and record-keeping
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential due to location - free on-site parking
• 40 hour week. Hours 8.30am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 8am-4.30pm Fri
