The Program Manager will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in way that promote the company-s vision and culture.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The Program Manager must have practical experience of having been a project manager for large and complex initiatives.

Essential Functions

* Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects;

* Coordinating cross-project activities;

* Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization;

* Expanding program offering and enhancing the quality of existing programs;

* Understanding how different projects interlink and overlap;

* Liaising with the marketing and sales team to increase awareness of programs;

* Gathering feedback and presenting insights;

* Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors;

* Identifying opportunities for continual improvement;

* Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities;

* Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved;

* Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services;

* Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle;

* Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking; make sound and timely decisions under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty;

* Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities;

* Apply change, risk and resource management;

* Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;

* Managing and utilizing resources across projects; and

* Perform with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience as a Program Manager or PMO Manager;

* Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods;

* Knowledge and application of industry standard project management principles and methodologies delivered using various systems development life cycles;

* Strong familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office, proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred;

* Ability to define, manage, and exceed business customer expectations;

* Can operate at the macro level, driving large teams with multiple stakeholders but also has the ability to individually contribute to work products when required;

* Ability to build consensus amongst project team members and key stakeholders;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts

* BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science or related field is preferred;

* 5+years direct work experience in a program management capacity;

* PMP Certification helpful but not required; and

* Demonstrated experience with various SDLC methodologies required.- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

- Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is required for success at this position

- We are particularly looking for candidates with a Project Management (PMP) certification

- Can work independently with minimal supervision
