About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SENCO to join our inclusive and forward-thinking secondary school in Daventry. You will lead our SEND provision, ensuring that every student with additional needs receives the support and opportunity to thrive both academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the strategic development of SEND provision across the school

Identify and assess students with SEND; create and implement tailored support plans

Lead and coordinate EHCP processes and liaise with external agencies

Manage and support a dedicated team of TAs and LSAs

Provide training and guidance to staff on inclusive teaching and adaptive practice

We're Looking For:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it)

Experience supporting students with a range of special educational needs

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

A commitment to removing barriers and promoting inclusive education
