This partner led, independent Surveying Practice are looking for a Commercial Valuer to join the team in Leeds.

Out of their superb offices in Leeds City Centre, they specialise in Valuation/Professional Services, Commercial Property Management, Agency, Lease Advisory and Building Consultancy.

What you will be doing

You will be visiting commercial properties across Yorkshire and the North providing Valuations for a variety of clients including banks, landowners, listed companies, private prop co's and private individuals.
 
The bulk of the work will be across office, retail, industrial and leisure but can include a wide variety of Commercial Property types.

MRICS status
Registered Valuer
Experience across a variety of commercial property types
FULL UK driving licence and access to your own car
