Current Vacancies:

1. Nursery Practitioner

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

Build strong relationships with children and families

Monitor and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records

Ensure a safe, nurturing environment at all times

Work collaboratively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent

Experience working in a childcare or early years setting

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development

2. Nursery Assistant

Responsibilities:

Support the daily running of the nursery and activities

Assist children with feeding, hygiene, and play

Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment

Work under the guidance of qualified staff to support child development

Requirements:

A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in childcare is preferred

Some experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting

A warm, patient, and proactive attitude

3. Room Leader

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team in a specific age group room

Plan and oversee age-appropriate activities and learning

Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and learning outcomes

Mentor and support junior staff

Liaise with parents and carers on child progress and development

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years

Proven leadership experience in a nursery or childcare setting

Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations

✅ All Applicants Must Have:

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (depending on role)

An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service

Relevant experience working in a nursery or early years setting
