School: Brooklands SEN School Position: SEN Teaching Assistant Hours: 9am-3.30pm, Monday to Friday (Part-time, 3 days a week, also considered) Employment Type: Long-term with the potential for permanent placement after 12 weeks

Pay Rate:

£91.00 - £95.00 - Daily rate 

What you'll do:

Provide one-on-one and group support to primary students with Autism.
Assist in creating a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement tailored learning plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for students to learn and grow.
Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children with Autism.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not required).
Willingness to commit to long-term employment with the potential for permanent placement.
