We're looking for a friendly, organised and caring person to join our In-Patient Team. If you enjoy helping people and want to make a real difference to patients during an important time in their lives, this could be the role for you.
 
What You'll Do
As a Senior Patient Coordinator, you'll guide patients through their treatment journey—from their first consultation to the end of their treatment. You'll be a key contact for them, making sure they feel supported, informed and cared for at every stage.
 
Your main responsibilities will include:

Explain the treatment process clearly and provide ongoing support before and after treatment.
Respond to phone calls, emails and other enquiries in a kind, professional way.
Input and update patient information in our secure database, making sure data is correct and confidential at all times.
Keep track of each patient's treatment, ensuring all steps are completed on time using our patient management system.
Work closely with other teams to make sure each patient's journey is smooth and positive.
Help with filing, preparing notes, processing prescriptions and other general admin.What We're Looking For

Someone who truly cares about helping people.
Experience in a patient or customer-facing role.
Great communication skills—both face-to-face and over the phone.
Confident using computers and IT systems.
Strong organisation skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
