• Complex possession and property disputes
• Title rectification matters
• Professional negligence claims
• Trust and commercial disputes
• General litigation and dispute resolution mattersYou will also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.Skills & Experience Required
• Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
• Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• A collaborative and proactive approach
