We are looking for Machine Operatives to:

Operate and maintain production machinery to meet quality targets
Record operating conditions in line with production plans accurately and in a timely fashion
Complete and maintain cleaning and checking procedures
Strive for continuous improvement within yourself and across the wider team, identifying areas of improvement opportunity
Work on a 4 day rota of 2 day and 2 night shifts
A Machine Operative must:

Have a basic understanding and confident use of IT, including MS Office
Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
Hold GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
Be comfortable with routine drug screening as part of operational due diligence
Be comfortable working on their own initiative, managing their own workload effectively
A drive to earn and progress a career - there are opportunities for development for those who want it, and can demonstrate this!
