Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Laboratory Instruments

Location: Oxford & Cambridge Area, UK (Full-time, Permanent)
Salary: £42,000-£50,000 + company car, bonus, and benefits

Role Overview:
You'll deliver preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on a range of laboratory instruments at customer sites in the Oxford and Cambridge regions. The role also involves refurbishing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. Occasional travel across the UK and mainland Europe may be required.

Key Requirements:
• Prior experience servicing laboratory or biomedical instruments
• Broad familiarity with common lab systems such as readers, incubators, evaporators, centrifuges, and related platforms
• Formal technical training or equivalent hands-on experience (degree, military, or field internship accepted)
• Valid UK or EU passport and driver's license
• Strong documentation and ISO-compliant service reporting skills
