The Uk's fastest growing Systems & Controls companie are seeking a client-focused Electrical Proposals Engineer to join their ever growing team. This role centres on providing quotations for new and existing control & automation systems, you'll require technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed and accurate quotations for new and modified control panels, tailored to meet customer specifications and budgets.

* Conduct site surveys to assess legacy systems, potential amendments, and requirements for new projects.

* Identify and recommend components, such as PLCs, relays, and sensors, that optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.

* Produce comprehensive technical and commercial documentation to support proposals, including bills of materials (BOMs)

* Identify opportunities to enhance the proposals and design processes, reduce costs, and improve cost efficiency and product reliability.

Experience required:

* Proven experience in electrical engineering, proposals, or a similar role within manufacturing or industrial automation.

* Familiarity with control panel design, PLCs, VSD's, Pneumatics and industrial communication protocols is highly desirable.

* Understanding of relevant standards (e.g., IEC, UL, BS EN) for electrical control systems
