For this role I'm looking to speak to Delivery gurus. This is a client facing role therefore it is imperative that you will have excellent communication skills, an ability to negotiate, spot risks & push back where necessary. You will have a proven ability to juggle conflicting priorities. You will have a CV that demonstrates successful delivery across several reasonably sized programmes and transformations. You will have a background in technology and you will have successfully delivered solutions through teams.
You will have a good grounding / understanding of architecture, implementation and different delivery methods (scrum, agile, kanban, waterfall). The projects you will work on for clients will be diverse, so you will adapt and shape your delivery methods to best suit the needs of the client.
You will project manage and ensure smooth delivery of client projects fully understanding that what is required now and also in the future. Maintaining continuity whilst being fully aware of associated risks and implications that may occur for the client.
You will be required in London once a week and any industry experience in the education and /or Financial Services (Insurance particularly) sectors would be most welcome.
