RG Consultancy are working with a rapidly growing business on a brand-new role for a Management Accountant who wants to develop. You will work for a growing SME within a small finance team, report to and work closely with the Financial Director. You will be responsible for the management accounts, day to day running of the accounts department and oversee a small team of two accounts assistants.

The Role

• Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Accruals and prepayments
• Cashflow processing and forcasting
• Monthly Profit & Loss
• VAT Returns
• Preperation of monlthy payroll
• Supporting and overseeing an assistant management accountant
• Supporting with leading projects, company growth and process improvements
• Assisting with year end and audit preparations
• Any other tasks to support the Finance Director as required

The Person

• CIMA/ACCA part or fully qualified
• Experienced with managing and overseeing a small accounts transactional team or another member of staff
• Strong IT Skills inclsuding SAGE 200, SAGE Payroll and strong MS Excel
