The RoleAs Registered Manager you will be managing a team of care workers, recruiters, field care supervisors and care coordinators ensuring the well being of service users and the quality of care is of the highest standard. Key tasks include:

• Managing the safety and quality of the organisation
• Providing a good service to the Client
• Leadership and Staff management
• Liaising with families, health practitioners and medical professionals

The PersonWe need someone who is very ambitious and wants to ensure that everything is done to the best standards. You must have prior experience in domiciliary care either as a Manager or Deputy and have a NVQ level 5 qualification.
