Female Support Worker – Driver Required

We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker to provide community-based support to an individual in Sheffield.

This is a rewarding role supporting a person to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in meaningful activities while promoting independence and person-centred outcomes.

Driver essential – you must have access to your own vehicle and be willing to use it during shifts. Mileage will be paid.

• Provide person-centred support in the community
• Support with attending appointments and social activities
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity
• Follow care plans and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate daily records

• Female support worker (genuine occupational requirement)
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own vehicle for work purposes
• A valid DBS issued within the last 12 months (or on the update service)
• Care Certificate completed or willingness to complete it
• Previous support work experience preferred
• Reliable, flexible, and professional
