Licensed Insurance Customer Service Professional
Allstate Insurance - Three Locations: San Antonio, Schertz, and Boerne TX
Our Premier Multiple-location insurance agency is excited to hire a qualified insurance customer service professional. This is an opportunity to join our team of ten licensed professionals that make up the largest Allstate Agency in San Antonio.
Required Core Competencies:
Ability to manage incoming calls for multiple Agency locations.
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to pivot to multiple lines of business based on customer's needs
Ability to perform client focused needs analysis and policy reviews
Comfortable in developing agency relationship with existing customers
Follow through and exceed client expectations
Portray a professional image through proper appearance and actions
Focus on retaining customers in all lines of insurance.
Setting goals and executing the plan to achieve those goals on a daily basis
Basic computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and various windows applications, a plus
Minimum qualifications for consideration include:
- Insurance Agency experience
- Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License, required
- Spanish speaker
