We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing sheet metal and bespoke laser cutting business for an experienced Press Brake Operative with strong knowledge of Bystronic machinery.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking manufacturer operating a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern, offering excellent work-life balance and consistent hours.

The Role:

Setting and operating Bystronic press brake machines

*

Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings

*

Programming, setting, and adjusting machine parameters

*

Producing high-quality folded components to tight tolerances

*

Working with a range of sheet metal materials and thicknesses

*

Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

*

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Proven experience operating Bystronic press brakes

*

Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes

*

Confident reading engineering drawings

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

*

Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
