The Opportunity

Own category strategy for key national retailers and ecommerce partners
Partner directly with commercial, brand, and shopper teams to build cross-functional plans
Influence range, merchandising and innovation listings with compelling, insight-driven stories
Lead the development of long-term growth plans, aligned with customer goals and market dynamics
Take a leadership role, managing a Category Specialist and guiding their development
Build trusted relationships with retailers to become a go-to partner for category expertise
What You'll Bring

Experience in a category or insight-led role within FMCG or retail
Deep understanding of the UK grocery and/or ecommerce landscape
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into strategy
Proven stakeholder management skills - confident influencing across functions and levels
A natural collaborator with a passion for driving change and delivering growth
Previous line management or mentoring experience is advantageous
