Role - Mechanical Design Engineer
Location - Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours - Monday to Friday - Full time work
Capacity for role - Permanent position
Salary - Up to £50,000 per annum

Our client is currently recruiting for Mechanical Design Engineer to join their busy design team.
Candidates will need to be proficient with 2d/3d practises.

Main duties will include -
 Creation of detailed 3D/2D of mechanical components and assemblies using industrial design software.
 Working closely with engineers, project managers and other professional within the business to evaluate the feasibility of design, resolve design issues and ensuring final products meet project requirements.
 Creating and maintaining comprehensive design documentation including bill of materials, assembly instructions and design processes

Candidate Attributes -
• Good knowledge and experience using Inventor Professional (other 3D modelling packages will also be considered)
• Experience working within a design office environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel)
