The role:

As a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be central to guiding clients through their mortgage and protection needs, offering high-quality advice supported by an extensive panel of reputable providers to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all submitted business meets full compliance in line with the network’s regulatory requirements
• Consistently achieve an individual written business target of £23,000 per month
• Maintain a minimum individual cash-in target of £10,000 per month
• Meet the service standards set by the company and delivered to its business partners
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with all business partners

What are we looking for?

• CeMAP certification (essential)
• A proven track record of success in a similar advisory role
• Strong problem-solving ability, including handling complex cases using research and available training materials
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Confident, energetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills
