Role Outline

Health Partners is one of the UK's leading providers of occupational health and wellbeing solutions, we work with organisations across a wide range of industries to support the physical and mental health of their employees.

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Service Administrator to join our IT Service Desk team. This role is responsible for managing IT procurement request activities within IT Operations. By ensuring the timely and efficient provision of IT equipment to our in-house staff and clinicians, you will play a key part in enabling the delivery of outstanding clinical services to our clients.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing IT procurement requests and coordinating the purchase of IT equipment from a range of suppliers.
  • Overseeing the entire order process, including monitoring statuses, liaising with suppliers for updates, and confirming receipt of goods.
  • Generating purchase orders using SAP Concur.
  • Organising the preparation and distribution of new starter equipment kits in collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Sending new starter induction informational emails and follow-up surveys.
  • Managing the ordering and administration of mobile phones, devices, and related SIM cards.
  • Coordinating the collection of IT equipment from departing employees.
  • Maintaining accurate records of order statuses within the IT request management system.
  • Supporting the administrative aspects of IT supplier contract management.
  • Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks within the IT department as required.

What we are looking for:


We are seeking a highly organised professional who thrives in managing multiple processes simultaneously and can independently oversee tasks on a daily basis. Attention to detail is critical, ensuring all procurement and administrative activities are handled efficiently and accurately.

Although this role operates remotely, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values communication and teamwork. Regular engagement via Microsoft Teams for chat and video meetings is essential for maintaining our open culture and fostering a sense of connection within the team.

As our organisation continues to expand, we are dedicated to documenting processes and continuously improving our ways of working. You will be joining a team that values knowledge sharing and encourages open feedback, providing a safe and supportive environment to share ideas and contribute to our collective success.

You will be required to have previous experience in an administrative role be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.


Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Hours:

The role is full-time 37.5 hours per week, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
