This role will be working from our office in Guildford, Surrey.

The Reception & Facilities Executive is our first point of contact for visitors and callers at Hotelplan UK.

This is a key role in supporting our work environment and overall commitment to making it a great place to work. We operate a flexible approach to work so teams will come in on different days throughout the week.

This is a hands on role, responsible for all reception duties including welcoming callers and visitors to the Head Office in a professional and engaging manner, which enhances the company's image. The role is also responsible for providing organisational and administrative support to the wider HR Shared Services Team and business when needed. This is not a role if you get lonely as our teams can be busy in their departments. The role will engage with all colleagues across the business at some point in the week however so it will also provide opportunities to know most people in the building
