Building on continued enviable growth and acquisitions, my client is looking to add another Field Service Engineer to their Service division for the home counties/ North of London.

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site support and maintenance for our products, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and deliver high-quality service that meets our company's standards.

Responsibilities

* Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of equipment at client locations.

* The installation, service and maintenance of drinks dispensing machinery

* Basic electrical and mechanical maintenance

* Plumbing/pump upkeep of machinery

* Weekend working (1 day every 2 weeks on a rota system)

* Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products in a timely manner.

* Provide training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.

* Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and client interactions.

* Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site.

Skills

* Strong technical aptitude with a background in engineering or a related field.

* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

* Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.

* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

* Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

* A valid driving licence is essential for travel to various client sites.

* Previous experience in a field service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
