Job Description:
We are looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a student with SEND and SEMH needs in a primary setting. This role is ideal for someone with a nurturing approach, strong classroom management, and a passion for inclusion. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing dedicated one-on-one support tailored to the child's individual learning and emotional needs.

Assisting in lesson engagement, behavioural support, and routine classroom activities.

Collaborating with teachers and the SEND team to ensure a consistent and effective support plan.

Creating a safe, welcoming environment that encourages academic and personal development.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children with SEND and SEMH.

Understanding of classroom dynamics and child-centred support strategies.

Ability to build a positive, supportive relationship with children, parents, and staff.
