🕕 Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Full-Time)
💷 Pay: £13.60 per hour AFTER TRAINING
💷 Pay: £13.20 per hour during the training
💷 Overtime: £17.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a Line Leader to join our fast-paced onion processing factory in Long Sutton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous food production or team leadership experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a production line team to meet daily targets
*
Monitor quality control, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
*
Ensure smooth and efficient running of the line
*
Support and motivate team members to perform at their best
*
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments
What we're looking for:

Experience in a food production or factory environment
*
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work a 12-hour shift (6am-6pm)
*
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
