Job: HVAC Engineer

Location: Commercial (Mainly North West London)

Salary: up to £50,000

I am seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join my clients growing team, working across commercial contracts in North West London, with the majority of work based around Hounslow.

This is a field-based role focused primarily on maintenance, with some involvement in small works and remedial projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems

* Work on a range of equipment including:

* Air Handling Units (AHUs)

* Air Conditioning systems

* Gas boilers

* Pumps and pressure units

* Undertake small works and remedial tasks as required

* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with compliance requirements

Requirements

* Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer in a commercial environment

* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AHUs, AC units, boilers, pumps, and pressure systems

* F-Gas certification (essential)

* Full UK driving licence

* Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

* Company van provided

* Travel time: 1 hour each way included
