About the Role

We are looking for a caring, dedicated Registered Nurse to join our elderly care home team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and medical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical nursing care to elderly residents

Administer medication and treatments safely

Develop, review, and update care plans

Monitor residents' health and respond to changes

Lead and support care staff on shift

*

Maintain accurate clinical records

*

Communicate effectively with families, GPs, and other professionals

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and care home policies

Essential Requirements

*

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN

*

Experience in elderly care or care home setting

*

Excellent clinical and communication skills

*

Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach

*

Right to work in the UK

Desirable

*

Experience with dementia care

*

Medication management and wound care experience

Leadership or shift-lead experience
