You will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring commercial projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors and trades

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards

Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Managing site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking

Driving projects to successful completion through proactive leadership

🧱 Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial sector

*

Strong organisational and leadership skills

*

Excellent understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and quality control

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

*

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites across Suffolk
