Job Title: Multi Trader

Hours: 8am - 5pm 

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trader to join our team, delivering essential repair and maintenance services within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their work and values customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct repairs and maintenance across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting & decorating, and general property upkeep.

Respond to tenants' maintenance requests promptly, ensuring high standards of workmanship and service.

Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Work closely with other tradespeople, supervisors, and housing officers to complete jobs effectively.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any additional repairs required.

Requirements & Skills:

NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds  (in any trade)

Proven experience in multi-trade work, ideally within the social housing or property maintenance sector.

Strong competency in at least two core trades (e.g., carpentry and plumbing).

Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Full UK driving licence
