What You Will DoCarry out specialist assessments to determine clients' needs for major home adaptations.
Develop and implement tailored therapy and adaptation plans to improve mobility, accessibility, and independence.
Collaborate closely with health and social care professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
Monitor progress, review outcomes, and adjust recommendations to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HCPC and regulatory standards.
What You'll NeedHCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working within major adaptations or housing-based settings.
A valid driving licence, enabling travel to community visits as required.
