Approved Electrician - Pontefract

Adept Resourcing is working on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Pontefract to recruit an experienced and qualified Approved Electrician. This is a permanent role offering long-term career prospects, early finishes on Fridays, and a great team environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrician to join a growing business in a role that offers both variety and stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and test electrical systems within an industrial setting
Ensure compliance with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and other relevant standards
Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
Accurately complete work reports and compliance documentation
Work safely in line with health and safety regulations
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficientlyRequirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
2391 Inspection, Testing & Certification (or equivalent)
ECS Gold Card (preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical regulations and workplace safety
Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7am - 4pm (Early finish on Friday)
40 hours per week
