Overview A well-established and growing industrial business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a clear pathway to Operations Director. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for driving performance, improving operations, and preparing the business for its next phase of growth.

The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a multi-faceted operation spanning manufacturing, service delivery, and logistics. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the business while ensuring operational excellence across all functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all operational activity across production, service, and logistics
• Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and delivery performance
• Implement and refine operational systems, processes, and controls
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry and regulatory standards
• Take full ownership of P&L performance, cost control, and margin improvement

About You

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g. Operations Director, Managing Director, or similar)
• Background within manufacturing, engineering, construction, or industrial services
• Strong commercial awareness and operational expertise
• Track record of improving performance and scaling teams

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
