A friendly, grounded team in the countryside between Tiverton and Wellington is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to process their orders from start to finish. If you enjoy keeping things organised, speaking with customers, and a busy workload this is a role where you'll feel right at home.
What the Sales Administrator will be doing:
* Taking customer orders over the phone and by email with accuracy and warmth.
* Processing orders end‑to‑end and making sure every detail is correct.
* Keeping customers updated and ensuring they receive a smooth, reliable service.
* Handling day‑to‑day admin tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
* Working closely with a small, supportive team who value honesty, humour, and getting the job done well.
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years' experience in an office environment, ideally in order processing ,sales administration or purchasing, ideally in a Manufacturing environment.
* Confident speaking with customers and building positive relationships.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes accurately.
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping on top of deadlines.
* Someone down‑to‑earth, reliable, and happy working in the office every day.
