Temporary Management Accountant required in Guildford for an Immediate Start!

Description

Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

Perform variance analysis and provide commentary to support senior management decision-making

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes

Support the development and implementation of financial controls and reporting systems

Conduct cost analysis and assist in pricing strategies where needed

Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records are kept

Liaise with auditors and assist in the preparation of statutory accounts

Partner with other departments to provide financial insight and support strategic initiatives

Contribute to process improvements and efficiency's across the finance function

May be working towards an accountancy degree

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice
