📚 About the Role:

You'll work as a classroom assistant across different year groups, supporting learning, helping with classroom routines, and running intervention groups.

Your responsibilities include:

Supporting teachers in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classrooms

Working 1:1 and with small groups of children

Delivering phonics, maths, and reading interventions

Supporting pupils with SEN needs where appropriate

Assisting with behaviour management and daily routines

✅ Requirements:

A recent degree (minimum 2:2)

A desire to become a teacher

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience working with children (desirable)
