A leading South West law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Solicitor or Legal Executive at Managing Associate or Legal Director level.

The Role

You'll advise on:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Corporate acquisitions and disposals
• Group restructures and reorganisations
• Private Equity transactions
• Cross-border corporate matters
• Strategic corporate advice

Alongside first-class legal work, you'll build lasting client relationships and help grow an ambitious Corporate team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales)
• Around 8+ years' PQE in Corporate Law
• Strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Private Equity or cross-border experience is advantageous
• Commercial, client-focused and ambitious
