Senior Property Manager - North London

This is a hands on & very busy role reporting into the Principal of a multi million pound privately owned residential property portfolio ( 8 North London 1 large Estate SW UK). Large projects coming up with regard to refurbishments of a large residential property and the surrounding grounds.

Your CV will demonstrated you have been responsible for organising and supporting both large and small projects for residential property use and can take the various projects & coordination through from beginning to end. Extremely familiar with all construction issues and working closely with a building team, surveyors and architects.

Project planning, management and scheduling, detailed documentation and reporting will be required

Liaising with all suppliers, contractors and building teams, pulling together details schedules and pinpointing problems. Top follow up, detail driven and determined to bring the projects to a top standard in an efficient and hands on manner. Capable of carrying out your own precise administration and yearly maintenance schedules.

The role could grow over time for a hands on, hard working & focused Senior Property Manager with much to offer. Bens package bonus.
