The Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Store Assistants, ensuring operational excellence, and driving commercial performance. With a strong focus on people development, customer experience, and compliance, this role is key to the success of the wider retail network.

Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and product knowledge.
- Promote multi-channel sales and ensure customer interactions reflect brand values.
- Act on customer feedback to continuously improve the in-store experience.
Sales Growth & Commercial Focus
- Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Execute marketing campaigns and identify local opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform business decisions.
Team Development & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
- Identify and nurture talent, creating clear development pathways.
- Lead by example, embedding company values into daily operations.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, legal, and company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of stock accuracy, inventory control, and store presentation.
- Protect company assets through effective controls and risk management.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a retail management role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A passion for the hair and beauty industry is a plus.
