Food Technology Teacher required full-time from September 2025

This is an exciting opportunity for a Food Technology Teacher who is committed to equipping students with real-world cooking skills and nutritional understanding. You will teach KS3 and KS4 Food Preparation and Nutrition, using purpose-built kitchens and supported by experienced technicians.

The department has recently modernised its schemes of work and engages in national healthy schools initiatives, community cooking events, and competitions. You will also have the chance to lead clubs and collaborate on cross-curricular projects with subjects such as PSHE and Science.

Experience and Qualifications
• DT or Nutrition-related degree with QTS
• Strong subject knowledge in Food Prep and Nutrition
• Experience delivering practical cooking lessons safely and effectively
• Passionate about healthy lifestyles and student well-being
• Legal right to work in the UK
