An award-winning offshore law firm based in Jersey is looking to appoint an ambitious Litigation Associate NQ to join their prestigious and internationally recognised disputes team. The Litigation Associate NQ's role

The successful Litigation Associate NQ will be involved in a wide range of contentious and semi-contentious matters including financial services and regulatory disputes, high-value commercial litigation, trusts disputes, fraud and asset tracing claims, insolvency, and employment-related issues.

You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior associates on complex, multi-jurisdictional cases, often involving international institutions, financial organisations, and UHNW individuals. The role offers early responsibility, client contact, and the opportunity to develop technical and strategic litigation skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The Litigation Associate NQ

Recently qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction

Superior academic background and training with a top-tier firm is essential

A seat in litigation or dispute resolution during training is highly desirable

Excellent communication and analytical skills with a strong interest in offshore work

Enthusiastic, personable, and proactive team player
