We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our well-established client, who is seeking several reliable Warehouse Operatives to join their growing team in Luton. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity within a chilled environment — perfect for candidates seeking stability and a long-term career path.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately
• Safely lifting and moving boxes within the warehouse
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times
• Assisting with inventory management and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in chilled warehousing is a plus but not essential
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic maths skills and good English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Ideally have own transport due to the site location
• Must have own safety boots

Benefits:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm
• Pay rate: £12.25 per hour, increasing to £12.75 per hour upon becoming permanent
• Occasional Sunday overtime (9am – 1pm) paid at £18.38 per hour (time and a half)
