Our client, a busy members club, is currently looking to recruit their Head Chef.
As the Head Chef you will be responsible for the overall kitchen operation of this busy club.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Motivate and guide kitchen team members while promoting a supportive and innovative work culture.
•Create and implement unique menu offerings that incorporate current culinary trends and seasonal produce.
•Uphold top-tier standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanliness at all times.
•Oversee stock levels, purchasing, and budget management to optimize operations and profitability.
•Support the growth of junior kitchen staff through hands-on training and professional development.
•Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver smooth, high-quality service and a memorable guest experience.
Experience & Skills required:
•Demonstrated success in a Head Chef position or comparable leadership role in a kitchen environment.
•A forward-thinking and imaginative approach to creating and developing menus.
•Exceptional leadership abilities paired with clear, effective communication skills.
•In-depth understanding of food safety standards and hygiene best practices.
•A strong commitment to providing exceptional experiences for members.
