Main Purpose of the Role: Providing efficient and effective administration support across the sales function Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Direct liaison with sales agents and partners to proactively support their requirements to help promote the product. Ensure and guide sales agents and partners to adhere with best business practices and regulations. Sign up new partner and make sure partners and sales agents have all the information readily available. Objection handle when requests are made against business regulations and compliance through continual audits. Implementation of change and continual improvements to systems and procedures. Delivery of effective and timely reporting to key stakeholders. Maintain strong communication with internal departments. Generation of leads and the correct distribution of leads to the sales agents. The Person Self-motivated and highly driven individual. Determination to improve and develop within the business. Passion to deliver and help where needed. Articulate with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different corporate levels. Confidence in talking on the phone and communicating clear information when and where needed.
