Maintenance Fitter - Great Opportunity with a Growing Manufacturer in Troon!

Location: Troon

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off - 12-hour rotating shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

We're on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Troon.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Reacting quickly to equipment breakdowns to keep things moving

* Carrying out repairs, replacements, and planned maintenance on mechanical equipment

* Logging maintenance work through internal systems

* Diagnosing faults using practical skills and diagnostic tools

* Getting involved in bigger maintenance projects during shutdown periods

* Joining team meetings and playing a part in continuous improvement

* Making sure all work meets health and safety standards and follows permit procedures

What We're Looking For:

* Fully qualified Mechanical Fitter (or similar engineering qualification)

* Experience working in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment

* Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* A team player who can also work independently

* Happy to work a 24/7 rotating shift pattern

* High attention to detail and strong safety focus

* Proactive, reliable, and ready to get stuck in
