Responsibilities - Planned Maintenance: Routine upkeep of plumbing systems.
- Reactive Maintenance: Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.
- Installation & Repairs: Working on fixtures, pipework, and commercial systems.
- Compliance Checks: Ensuring systems meet regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Maintaining records and adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications - NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of water heaters, pipework, and drainage systems.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
