They pride themselves on their wide range of services including, Refurbishment, Internal Remodelling, Mechanical and Electrical, Roofing, Groundworks, Windows and Door installations, External Facades, Maintenance works and more.

Information on the role

* Manage a team of 3 Estimators on a variety of projects

* Manage accurate records of tender and contract documents

* Prepare detailed bills of quantities and work schedules for accurate pricing

* Compile tender comparisons and consideration

* Present tenders at settlement meetings with a comprehensive knowledge of the best approach to be taken

* Offer advice on risk and value engineering options

* Work closely with supply chains to ensure competitive tenders

* Contribute to database tenders for historical data and average rates and supply chain databases

* Develop relationships with consultants and clients

* Maximise efficiency of services, utilising all resources in conjunction with the Project Managers, and identity problems, taking the relevant action to resolve them

What we'd like from you

* Experience Estimating Residential, Education, Commercial, & Refurbishment projects

* Third Level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience

* Exceptional written and spoken English skills

* Self-motivated personality

* Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude

* Organisation and time management skills
