To be successful in this position you must have the ability to type and have a conversation at the same time.
Typing a minimum of 50 wpm & strong interpersonal skills are required.
As a Recruiting Specialist you will:
Create a positive, professional first impression for all telephone and electronic inquiries.
Conduct telephone interviews
Schedule applicant to complete process at the office
Increase office and team effectiveness through daily communication
Proactively recruit for applicants at job fairs
