Job Title: Social Housing Plasterer

Location: Chingford and surrounding areas

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) + van & fuel card

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our dedicated housing maintenance team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services to our social housing properties across Chingford and the surrounding areas.

About the Role:

As a Social Housing Plasterer, you will be undertaking a variety of plastering works, including:

Patching and repairs
Re-skimming
New plasterboard installations
Damp proofing related plastering
Artex removal and plastering over
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Working collaboratively with other trades and residents
Maintaining accurate records of work completedThe Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering
Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within a social housing or domestic setting
Excellent knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A full, clean UK driving licence
A strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace
DBS check will be required upon successful offer of employmentWhat We Offer:
