Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. The role offers the opportunity to play a key part in driving the growth of a leading premium retail platform. You'll bring expertise in strategic talent acquisition, market insights, and employer branding, while ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all commercial functions, from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define workforce plans and hiring priorities.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
Leverage data, pipeline metrics, and market trends to inform and optimise recruitment strategies.
Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices.
Coach and support hiring teams by delivering interview best practices and training.
Negotiate offers and collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance both recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Maximise the use of ATS systems (Teamtailor) and CRM tools to manage pipelines effectively.
Work closely with the employer branding team to create engaging job adverts, social campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.
Contribute to internal hiring projects, including DEI programmes, talent pipelining, and recruitment team development.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years' experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on commercial roles.
Proven track record in headhunting, direct sourcing, and passive talent engagement.
Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse metrics and optimise outcomes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment is advantageous.
